I have woken up feeling better.
Not swirly. Not no idea where to start. But better. The world has colour.
I have no clue how long it will last, but for now, I have my big girl pants on, I am wearing make up for the first time in weeks, I have actually done stuff with my hair, and I have asked for an extra weekend with my babies next week because I miss them.
I am hoping to try to write here every day this week. Not necessarily all going to be positive, but maybe if I can empty out my brain once a day I will be able to hold onto the good and release the bad?
Let's give it a go anyway.
